Muslim Corresponded Policy

Object hotel: YOKOHAMA BAYCOURT CLUB, THE KAHALA HOTEL & RESORT YOKOHAMA

1. Our restaurants have not obtained Halal certification by a third party organization.
2. Our restaurants offer non-Halal menus and alcoholic beverages for other guests.
3. The kitchen is not exclusively for Muslims.
4. We have prepared disposable tableware and cutlery upon request.
5. Non-pork and non-alcohol are displayed on the menu.
6. We use ingredients, seasonings and frying oil without added alcohol or pork-based ingredients for non-pork and non-alcohol menu.
7. We use Halal certified beef and chicken for non-pork and non-alcohol menu upon request.
8. We use separate cookware exclusively for Muslims for non-pork and non-alcohol menu.
9. We will prepare a worship mat, compass and worship space upon request.
10. Please make reservations 3 days in advance for Halal dietary meals.
    Halal dietary meal requests may not be honored if received less than 3 days out depending on the ingredient availability.
